Khai Bo (Boxercise Style)


The latest development in cardiovascular conditioning - a non-contact, aerobic martial arts exercise. This class combines some of the movements of a typical aerobics class with kicks and punches drawn from martial arts. No previous experience of martial arts is required as full instruction is given during each class.

Intensity levels may be adjusted to suit all fitness levels. The class includes full warm up and pre and post exercise stretching routine.

Classes are open to both men and women.

We recommend that beginners, those who have not exercised recently or those with any injury speak to the instructor before participating in any class.
