Proper running shoes (not flat soled),sports attire, towel, water.
The Teen Fitness class aims to introduce young people to a fitness environment who may not be the age to join the gym but would have an interest.
In this class young people will learn the following:
How to operate cardio equipment, safely exercise using body resistance and an introduction to basic toning techniques.
Proper behavior in a gym environment.
Different types of fitness classes completed.
The advantages and importance of regular exercise.
How to interact with other gym users.
