This class is a mixture of all other classes listed above for those who prefer some variety. The instructor may choose to combine aerobics with circuit training and toning or Khai Bo and step or any number of combinations. It will always involve a full warm up and stretching routine.
The class is suitable for beginners as it does not involve long periods on any one area.
Classes are open to both men and women.
We recommend that beginners, those who have not exercised recently or those with any injury speak to the instructor before participating in any class.
